to, and registered members of, our site. For the purpose of this policy, "HSON" refers to our staff

HSON is the sole owner of the information collected at this site. We collect
information from our users at various locations. We will not, however, sell, share, rent, trade
or disclose this information to third parties unless required by law enforcement or court order.
Registration
In order to use some parts of our site, HandsOn-BI.com, visitors are required to
register with us. This registration process includes personally-identifiable information such as
name, phone number, and e-mail address. We will use this information to verify the identity of
persons requesting access to the restricted areas of our site prior to this access being granted.
We may also use this information to track members’ usage of the restricted areas of the site in
order to improve the member’s-only section. In addition, this information may be used to notify
members of our products and services. Visitors may request at any time to have their
personally-identifiable information removed from our database. (See Removal below.)
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on a visitor’s hard drive that
contain information about the user. Once the visitor closes their browser, the cookie is deleted,
unless a registered member has selected “Remember Me” to save their ID for future visits. Visitors
may choose not to allow cookies; however, they may not be able to use certain sections of the site,

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer this site, track users’
movements through the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not
link these IP addresses to personally-identifiable information.
Links
Our web site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the
content of these third-party sites, nor are we responsible for other sites’ privacy policies.
Visitors are encouraged to be aware of these other sites’ policies.
Security
HSON takes precautions to protect users’ information. For example, the database
used to store member information may not be accessed except by this web site. Member demographic
information is further restricted to a special password-protected area of the web site, accessible
only by HSON personnel.

If a member’s personally-identifiable information changes, they can use our
Contact form to e-mail the changes to us. They can also use our Member Update form.
A member may request removal from our database; however, they will no longer be

If the way we use this information changes, we will post these changes on the
web site via this privacy policy.
